David began his real estate expertise through inspecting thousands of homes for residential closings. During that time, he also leveraged his engineering degree by performing residential structural design for large custom-built homes. Afterwards, he was a project manager for a material testing company to support land developers of residential and commercial properties throughout North Carolina and South Carolina. His real estate investing started with partnering on a 16-acre residential development. Since then, David has successfully flipped a home and is now expanding his experience to include passive investing opportunities through multifamily properties.
