worked for many reputable property management companies throughout her career, including Greystar, Bell Partners, Strategic Management Partners, and Wellington Advisors. Throughout her career, she’s been responsible for overseeing many portfolios and employees, with her largest portfolio including 4, 500 units and 45 employees. Her many years working for property management companies opened her eyes to the gap that exists between property management companies and ownership groups. Many property management companies expect for site level team members to leave out important details, provide incorrect information, and not behonest with ownership teams when information is unfavorable.

This spurred her to start her own consulting company. Working as a neutral party, she’s able to bridge the communication gap between the property management company and the ownership team without the threat of getting herself terminated for being honest. She’s passionate about educating ownership teams on the importance of having the right management team in place, clearly communicating the financial goals of each property to the management team, educating the site manager about the financials of the property, offering consistent support to the site staff, and keeping the communication between ownership and management flowing seamlessly.
