What we do
We purchase multifamily residential real estate with investors through syndication. We specifically target properties that have upside potential through either operational inefficiencies or renovation repositioning, both methods resulting in increased rent revenue and/or decreased expenses to create higher values for our properties and better returns for our investors.
How we do it
We focus on maximizing returns by targeting properties with a general criteria set and then operating the properties with a highly qualified team that knows how to utilize best practices.
Criteria:
